Nutrients for Vision


Human eyes are a gift of nature whichhelps us perceive the many wonders of the world in different ways. Lutein & Zeaxanthin

These have been used for theprevention of eye diseases, particularly in Age-Related Macular Degeneration(ARMD) and Cataracts. So the simple act of including more Lutein and Zeaxanthinin our diets or through supplements may enhance our protection from such eyediseases. Shrey’s Visionguard is one such dietary supplement whichprovides the required nutrients for the prevention of ARMD.Some of the goodfood sources of Lutein & Zeaxanthin are – Egg yolk, spinach, broccoli,corn, kiwi fruit and zucchini.

Vitamin D
